Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our guests, our stylists, and those waiting for appointments, we kindly request advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Last-minute cancellations often prevent us from offering that appointment time to another guest who may be waiting for availability. Providing advance notice helps us better accommodate all of our guests and maintain an efficient schedule for our team.

Cancellation Notice Requirements

• Appointments scheduled for less than 2 hours require at least 1 business day's notice.

• Appointments scheduled for 2 hours or more require at least 2 business days' notice.

Appointments canceled without the required notice, as well as no-show appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit associated with the reserved services.

Emergencies & Illness

We understand that unexpected circumstances, emergencies, and illnesses can arise. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to handle these situations with understanding and fairness.

Important Scheduling Information

Metamorphosis Hair Studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Because messages left after 3:00 PM on Saturdays cannot be retrieved until Tuesday morning, they do not satisfy cancellation notice requirements. To ensure compliance with our cancellation policy, please contact us during normal business hours.

No-Call / No-Show Appointments

Guests who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future appointments. Future reservations may be accepted on a non-refundable prepaid basis or subject to same-day availability.
