Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We reserve appointments just for you, so as a courtesy to our guests and our team, if you must cancel or make changes to any appointment, we ask that you please provide us with the following notices:

  • Appointments less than 2-hrs require 1 business day notice.

  • Appointments of 2 hours or more require 2 business days' notice.

  • No shows or appointments not canceled within required deadlines will forfeit the deposit for the booked services. 

  • We understand that unavoidable issues come up and we’ll do our best to work with you in case of an emergency or illness.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

  • We are closed Sundays and Mondays. Any messages left after 3 PM on Saturdays will not meet the Cancellation Policy requirements because they cannot be retrieved until Tuesday morning. Please call during our business hours to comply with cancellation deadlines. 

  • If you No-Call/No-Show for any appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and be placed on a “non-refundable prepay” or “walk-in” status for any future reservations made.
